Intelligent Call is a real-time API that accepts the DNIS and ANI of the inbound call to respond in milliseconds with an Intelligent Handshake® Scores to manipulate the call flow.

Getting Started

  1. Request your Private API Key.
  2. Integrate Intelligent Handshake® Action API Endpoint into the call flow.
  3. Manipulate call flow based on resulting Intelligent Handshake® Scores as defined in the Intelligent Handshake® Plan.
