Overview
Intelligent Call is a real-time API that scores inbound calls using DNIS and ANI,
delivering Intelligent Handshake® Scores in milliseconds to optimize routing, handling, and overall call outcomes.
Getting Started

Authentication: API Key
Request your private API Key if one has not yet been assigned.

Session Action: Score the call at the start of the call flow.
Add Intelligent Handshake® to the beginning of the call flow by calling the Action API Endpoint with inbound call data (e.g., DNIS, ANI).

Session Manipulation: Adjust the call flow using Intelligent Handshake® Scores
Apply your Intelligent Handshake® Plan based on the returned Scores.

Session Disposition: Send call outcomes at the end of every call (Feedback Loop).
Post the final call result using Session Disposition for continuously learning.
Deploy the Session Disposition feedback loop as early as possible.
Even before full optimization is live, this allows Intelligent Handshake® to begin learning from real call outcomes.
