to dynamically optimize call routing, handling, and overall outcomes.
Integrated at the start of the call flow, it enables immediate, data-driven decisions that improve performance with every interaction.
Getting Started

Authentication API Key
Request your private API Key if one has not yet been assigned.

Session Action
Add Intelligent Handshake® to the beginning of the call flow by calling the Action API Endpoint with inbound call data (e.g., DNIS, ANI).

Session Manipulation
Adjust the call flow using Intelligent Handshake® Scores.

Session Disposition Feedback Loop
Send the call outcomes at the end of every call using Session Disposition for continuously learning.
Deploy the Session Disposition feedback loop as early as possible.
Even before full optimization is live, this allows Intelligent Handshake® to begin learning from real call outcomes.
