In certain use cases not all scores are used and custom scores can be introduced.

Control Group
The Control Group is use-case specific, determined by collaboration between the data scientist and the marketer.
It is defined in the Intelligent Handshake® Plan.
In most cases the Control Group is assigned the same plan as Unidentified.
