In certain use cases not all scores are used and custom scores can be introduced.

Control Group
The Control Group is use case specific determined by collaboration between the data scientist and the marketer.
It is defined in the Intelligent Handshake® Plan.
In most cases the Control Group is assigned the same plan as Unidentified.
