Action Types

Choose an Action

One User Action API accepts different types of interactions. Your ActionKey selects the ActionType; changing a payload field does not change its type. The public catalog contains the following five types.

5 published ActionTypes

Delivery and Output

The guides document the shared API submission format. For other delivery methods, use only the methods agreed for that integration; Disposition also has email onboarding instructions. Results and supported outputs depend on the ActionKey, model, and product configuration.

Catalog publication and Explorer coverage are separate from production provisioning. An Explorer profile supplies example inputs; it does not authorize a key or establish end-to-end acceptance.

Need a Different Action?

Intelligent API helps integrators plan the right action for their use case. Request a call before choosing an unsupported type.
