Session Disposition Codes
Outcome Codes
These values belong to SessionDispositionCode (SignalValueType 402) within ActionType Disposition (19). They are outcome categories, not ActionTypes, score codes, or numeric priorities.

| 4 | Search Abandon | The person disengaged after performing or requesting a search. |
| 5 | Category Abandon | The person disengaged while exploring a product or service category. |
| 6 | Product Abandon | The person disengaged after considering a specific product or service. |
| 7 | Cart Abandon | The person selected items but did not proceed with the purchase. |
| 8 | Checkout Abandon | The person began checkout but did not complete the purchase. |
| 9 | Subscribe | The person completed a subscription or sign-up action. |
| 10 | Convert | The person completed the intended conversion or transaction. |
| 11 | Customer Service | The interaction involved customer service, assistance, or support. |
| 12 | Dead Air | The interaction contained no meaningful communication, activity, or response. |
| 13 | Wrong Number | The interaction reached an unintended person or destination. |
| 14 | Spam | The interaction was identified as unsolicited, irrelevant, or abusive. |
| 15 | Fulfillment Hold | Fulfillment was paused pending review, resolution, or further action. |
For example, 10 is Convert, 7 is Cart Abandon, and 15 is Fulfillment Hold. An earlier code with a larger number does not outrank a later outcome.
Ordering and Repeated Outcomes
Follow the Disposition guide for session correlation, event timing, retries, and subsequent outcomes. Do not infer ordering from code values.
